Minimum Standards Manual for the Practice of Land Surveying in South CarolinaThis course was designed to take the boredom out of reading the standards out of a law book. Chapter 49, Article 4 will be presented in a course workbook with annotations. These annotations follow each section of the rule and are either explanations of the section, commentaries, summaries or definitions. Your will receive a complete checklist for your use to help insure that all of your surveys meet the standards. This is essential for your own protection well as for the protection of the public. You will also use this checklist to check sample surveys. A copy of the Minimum Standard Detail Requirements for ALTA/ACSM Land Title Surveys is included so that you can determine if these American Land Title Association Standards meet the state standards. |
